Mais qu&#8217;est-ce qui va changer dans la pratique lors de la d\u00e9livrance des certificats d&#8217;examen de navigabilit\u00e9 (ARC) selon les &#8220;constatations de niveau 2&#8221; ?<\/p>\n<p>Avec l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur de la AESA partie M light l&#8217;ARC ne sera d\u00e9livr\u00e9 qu&#8217;apr\u00e8s que tous les \u00abconstatation de niveau 2\u00bb auront \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9solus. En retour, les propri\u00e9taires d&#8217;avions et de pilotes re\u00e7oivent de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences sous la forme d&#8217;un \u00abreport\u00bb correct pour l&#8217;\u00e9limination des \u00abconstatation de niveau 2\u00bb.
